Piraeus Bank said it launches a voluntary exit scheme, paying out compensations of up to 180K  euros or even 220K euros to outgoing employees. 

Eligible employees interested in the voluntary program must sign up by November 3, while those agreeing to leave by October 27 will receive additional compensation. 

The scheme applies mainly to bank network employees.
