Bad loans transferred to debt services reached 89 billion euros at the end of September, including 69 billion euros in loans which were sold to debt purchasers by banks. 

Over 100k borrowers worked with servicers in order to settle their overdue arrears of 5.1 billion euros in the first nine months of the year. 

The out-of-court mechanism was an important tool in the arrangements of the loans in arrears.
