Real Estate group Grivalia Hospitality inaugurated the high-end, luxury hospitality project the One & Only Aesthesis, a complex of 128 luxury rooms, suites and villas in Glyfada, developed by Kerzner International. 

The investment “is an excellent case of how a tourist investment, when it implements sustainability in all the stages of the project, can differentiate the attitude towards luxury hospitality in our country,” Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis told at the inauguration ceremony.
