Privatition agency TAIPED said it received a sole bid for the development of property in the “Ververontas” area of the Porto Heli village in Argolida.  Goutos Ikodomiki was the sole bidder. 

The property is located 175 km from Athens, 85 from Nafplio, 7 km from Kranidi and 135 from Tripoli. It is located approximately 500 m. from the center of the village and 300-500 m north from the coast of the Ververontas lagoon.
