Private sector bank deposits rose further in September, boosted by both corporate and households’ savings, central bank data showed.

Corporate deposits rose 1.5 billion euros in September, against a decrease of  249 million euros in the previous months. 

Household deposits continued to grow, as they added 696 million euros compared to a rise of 439 million euros in August. 

Business and household bank deposits reached 191.7 billion euros in September, up 696 million euros m-o-m, data from the central bank showed.
