Completes acquisition of minority stakes of Fondul in ENEL Romania
PPC says that it has completed the acquisition of all the minority equity stakes of Fondul held by Enel Romania for a consideration of 130 million euros.

PPC said that it has completed the acquisition of the minority equity stakes of Fondul Proprietatea in Retele Electrice Muntenia, PPC Energie Muntenia Retele Electrice Dobrogea S.A., Retele Electrice Banat and PPC Energie for a total consideration of 130 million euros.
“This acquisition is concluded following the acquisition by PPC of all the equity stakes held by Enel S.p.A. in Romania,” PPC said in a bourse filing.
