Stocks in Athens were slightly up early Friday in mixed trade. European shares were mixed. A moderate bounce is seen possible at today’s session, while banks should come under the spotlight gradually, ahead of the third quarter earnings reports next week. 

At 1112 local time, the general share index rose 0.5% to 1182 points. Banks were 0.3% higher.

Among individual stocks, Cenergy was up 2.3%, Helleniq Energy +2.2%, OTE +1.4%.
