Acquires portfolio of six 26 MW PV parks in Cyprus
The PV parks’ annual electricity generation is estimated at 43 GWh. The agreement is expected to be completed in 1Q24.

Helleniq Energy said its subsidiary Helleniq Renewables signed an agreement for the acquisition of a PV portfolio consisted of six parks with total capacity of 26 MW, in Cyprus.

The PV parks’ annual electricity generation is estimated at 43 GWh. 

The agreement is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2024., following the conclusion of the transfer of shares and upon the six parks’ start of commercial operation.

“The above-mentioned agreement constitutes the Company's fifth investment in RES internationally, while it significantly strengthens HELLENiQ ENERGY Group’s presence in the Cypriot market, with a total RES capacity of more than 40 MW,” the company said in a bourse filing.
