Natural gas prices are poised to close the week at their lowest levels since the outbreak of the war between Israel and Hamas.

Reference contracts declined on Friday and are set to end the week at their lowest levels since October 6th.

Dutch futures contracts, the European benchmark for natural gas, fell by 0.5% to 48.30 euros per megawatt-hour in Amsterdam. The equivalent contract in the United Kingdom also declined.
