BIKRE plans to expand into halal product production, aiming to broaden its presence in markets where it currently has limited presence.

This move, as reported by FnB Daily, will also be facilitated by the new investment being prepared by the company's management at its facilities in Amisiana, Kavala.

IN EUROPE & GERMANY THE LARGEST SHARE OF EXPORTS

Its export network starts from Europe (exporting to 15 countries) and extends to North Africa, with Europe, and especially Germany, absorbing the largest share of the total production volume.

THE ROLE OF THE HOMOGENEITY

As mentioned by BIKRE in FnB Daily, this is primarily due to the strong presence of the Greek element and the homogeneity in Europe. However, the meat processing industry plans to strengthen its market share in third countries where it operates.

RENEWING THE PORTFOLIO

BIKRE's portfolio, which was enriched last year with veal, the range of pre-cooked products, and new packaging for certain items, is planning to emphasize retail.

PREPARING A NEW FACILITY

In order to meet the market demands and the high demand for ready-made products, BIKRE is planning to expand its production capacity with a new factory next to the existing one, where it will produce ready-made products.

SATISFACTION WITH 9-MONTH PERFORMANCE

In the nine-month period, the company is running with a 35% growth, with management estimating that the overall turnover will move at the same levels. It is worth noting that last year, BIKRE closed with a turnover growth of 47%.
