ELLAKTOR categorically denies any rumor of an alleged intention to sell its subsidiary company AKTOR Concessions, following publications in some online media outlets, as stated in a relevant announcement.

As mentioned, AKTOR Concessions is the largest subsidiary of ELLAKTOR, with estimated total cash flows exceeding 1 billion euros from existing concessions during their contractual duration.

Simultaneously, it has been pre-selected or is undergoing a competitive dialogue, independently or in a joint venture, for projects of SDIT with a budget exceeding 3.8 billion euros and for Concession projects with a budget of 2.5 billion euros.

As announced on November 8, 2023, in the context of the recent completion of the sale of AKTOR ATE, the Group significantly strengthened its liquidity with cash and cash equivalents exceeding 570 million euros on a consolidated basis.

The Group will seamlessly proceed with the implementation of its investment plan in activities with long-term and predictable returns, focusing on Concessions, SDIT projects/Waste Management, and Real Estate Development – Management, concludes the announcement.
