The increase in turnover with aiming at the best possible exploitation economies of scale, the company aims for this year to Kafea Terra.

The new investments in the facilities that are being completed this year as well as next year - as well as the growth of its customer base - is expected to contribute to the achievement of the objective the company has set for 2023.

As Kafea Terra reports in FnB Daily the net turnover (excluding VAT) in the ten-month period is running at a 12% pace and coffee product volumes are running at 8%, while in this fiscal year "net profits are back to substantial growth".

INVESTMENTS

Next month, the new facilities in Thessaloniki, with a total investment value of €2 million, will be handed over. Additionally, next year, investments totaling €3.3 million will be completed.

Specifically, in 2024, the expansion of the logistics center in Markopoulo, with an investment of €3 million, will be completed. Moreover, the installation of photovoltaic systems in the industrial unit in Paiania, requiring an investment of approximately €300,000, will also be finalized.

Furthermore, during the 2024-2025 period, the company will proceed with the establishment of a new coffee processing and standardization line at the industrial unit in Paiania, representing an investment of €2 million.

NEW LAUNCHES

Kafea Terra holds the exclusive import rights for illy coffee, as well as the complete production and distribution of Dimello coffee, along with various other types and brands of coffee in Greek and international markets.

The company also has exclusive import and distribution rights for high-quality European commercial coffee brands.

The company is set to launch aromatic filter coffee under the Dimello brand and introduce a new packaging format for Dimello aluminum capsules.

EXPORTS

Furthermore, the company engages in export activities with Dimello in a total of 15 countries, with key markets including Bulgaria, Germany, Cyprus, Romania, Turkey, Jordan, and the United Kingdom. The export network covers the following countries in total:

The management's goal is to expand Kafea Terra's presence in promising coffee markets, such as Serbia, the Netherlands, and Albania.

THE PRESENCE IN RETAIL

The Retail channel is directly served by the company's retail sales team, responsible for supplying all retail points, as well as the e-commerce team, which supports the operation of e-shops. Through the office channel, coffee machines and espresso capsule systems are provided to offices, companies, and hotels. It is serviced nationwide by the company's sales team and the network of commercial partners, offering high-level services in supply, technical support, and training.

COVERS 96% OF GREECE IN HORECA

In the HoReCa market, the company distributes its products in Athens and Thessaloniki to professionals in hotels, restaurants, and cafes, both directly through its sales teams and indirectly through 70 commercial partners. Overall, the company's sales network geographically covers 96% of the Greek territory.
