Solidarity allowance – Extraordinary Support of €350 million in December for low-income retirees
The good performance of our economy allows us to allocate €350 million for a series of interventions for our fellow citizens in need, announced Prime Minister K. Mitsotakis, adding that it will be provided as a solidarity benefit in December.

The good performance of our economy allows us to allocate €350 million for a series of interventions for our fellow citizens in need, announced Prime Minister K. Mitsotakis, adding that it will be provided as a solidarity benefit in December.
As the Prime Minister explained, the beneficiaries are as follows:
- Those receiving the child allowance from OAED (Manpower Employment Organization): Specifically, he stated that the child allowance will be increased by 150 euros. For example, a family receiving a child allowance of 140 euros will receive 350 euros.
- People with disabilities, approximately 225,000 Persons with Disabilities (PWD) who receive disability benefits.
- Those receiving the Minimum Guaranteed Income.
- Low-income retirees who did not have a personal difference will receive 150 euros. Also, precise vouchers will be given to uninsured elderly individuals.
