In advanced discussions with a logistics company, aiming for further expansion in Greece, specifically in Attica, is Corfu Beer.

This move is part of the three-year plan that the company is implementing with the intention of establishing a presence across the entire country, according to the president, Spyros Kaloudis. The completion of the agreement will lead the Corfu brewery to all major supermarkets in Athens.

REVENUE INCREASE OF 15%

Corfu Beer is improving its financial performance year after year, and a similar trend is expected in 2023. Specifically, according to Mr. Kaloudis, during the 10-month period of the year, the company experienced a 15% increase in revenue compared to the same period the previous year, while profits have already reached the levels of 2022. Predictions for the year-end are even more optimistic due to the anticipated increased demand during the holidays, and for 2024, the targets are set even higher.

PRESENCE IN CORFU AND THESSALONIKI

Currently, the Corfu brewery has a presence in all stores on the island of Corfu, showing exceptional performance, especially in Sklavenitis, AB Vasilopoulos, and Masoutis. As for Thessaloniki, Corfu Beer is available to consumers through the aforementioned supermarkets and liquor stores.

ENTRY INTO NEW FOREIGN MARKETS

Beyond the Greek market, the company has successfully directed its attention internationally, as stated by Spyros Kaloudis. Specifically, Corfu Beer has a presence in Poland and Norway, where it channels significant quantities from its production.

Additionally, initial steps are being taken for collaboration with the Netherlands. Finally, advanced discussions are underway with a major retail chain in the United States with the aim of entering that specific market.

INVESTMENTS AND NEW PRODUCTS

Corfu Beer's efforts for a stronger presence in Greece and improved international outreach require suitable investments, especially as the desired quantities are now significantly increased. The company is undertaking investments in technology, research capabilities, and mechanical equipment through two financing programs totaling €1 million. Currently, 80% of the total amount has been utilized, and the remaining portion of the investment will be completed by the end of 2024.

The Corfu Beer team is currently working on the launch of three new innovative products that will be introduced to the market in 2024.
