New projects in the field of facility management and the construction of selected projects, primarily focused on energy conservation, are being promoted this year by Aktor Facility Management. The company, which expanded last year at a rate of 50%, showed reduced profitability.

THE NEW CONTRACTS

Specifically, new contracts have already been signed or are about to be signed with:

• Orilina Properties S.A., involving the installation of a photovoltaic station on the roof of its owned building located at 25 Ermou Street in Kifisia: €180,400.

• Recycling of Solid Waste S.A., concerning the provision of cleaning services at the Recycling Materials Sorting Center and the Storage Unit for Sorting and Mechanical Processing of non-metallic (glass) waste for recycling: €109,236.

• Nova Telecommunications & Media S.A., involving construction and electromechanical works for the interior configuration of the new under-construction building K6, as well as works in the external area of building K1 and repairs within it at the location Petsa (VIOPA Pallini): €375,834.20.

• Olympia Odos Operation S.A., concerning preventive and corrective maintenance of E/M facilities (substations and equipment) in sector 1: €261,660

• Ergatikat S.A. concerning preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment installed in Nova's telecommunication centers: €159,254.

• PYLAIA S.A., concerning preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment installed in the Mediterranean Cosmos shopping center: €366,210.96.

PROJECTS WITH OPAP, NATIONAL BANK, AND EUROBANK

It is noted that during the past year, the company executed significant projects, such as:

• OPAP, for the provision of maintenance services for electromechanical and mechanical equipment of the building facilities on Athens Avenue 112, as well as the construction of an agency in the new OPAP Arena stadium: €514,900.59.

• New Ne Solar Developments Five 5, for the maintenance, operation, and monitoring of 14 photovoltaic parks with a total capacity of 12.55 MWP: €265,118.75.

• DHL Express Greece, for the provision of technical support services, preventive maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, and post control at the company's facilities throughout Greece: €255,607.16.

• Moreas S.A., for the snow clearing of the highway "Corinth-Tripoli-Kalamata" and branch "Leuctra-Sparta": €1,007,500.80.

• National Bank, for the maintenance of various buildings, branches, ATMs, as well as technical management of a new data center: €3,565,683.22.

• National Insurance, for preventive and corrective maintenance of the company's buildings and stores: €136,209.70.

• Joint Venture Mediterranean - Aktor FM - Globitel, for the provision of consulting services in the project "maintenance and upgrade of the lighting of the main road axes of the Region of Attica with the aim of energy saving": €1,600,000.

• Spider Energy, for the preventive and corrective maintenance of the equipment of the 48 MW wind farm installed in the location Petala, Municipality of Amfilochia: €94,510.

• Eurobank, for the replacement of two cooling towers in the central air conditioning system of the office building complex on Iolcou Street, Nea Ionia: €198,470.84.
