The recovery of the economy within 2022, the upward movement of airports, the positive performance of stores, and the opening of 25 new points shaped the business cycle of Gregory's Group at 79.8 million euros, increased by 46.7% compared to 2021.

The operating profitability of the Group, as depicted by earnings before taxes, interest, and depreciation (EBITDA), showed an increase of 14.4% compared to the previous year.

Noteworthy for the financial robustness of the Group and the Company is that they present negative indebtedness (cash reserves exceed loan obligations). Specifically, as of December 31, 2022, the net borrowing of the Group and the Company amounted to -0.38 million euros and -1.15 million euros, respectively.

The capital structure of the Group remained robust, with the ratio of Equity to Total Liabilities standing at 37.3%.

The Gregory's Group implemented a series of Corporate Social Responsibility actions in 2022. Significant initiatives included the provision of school meals to all children of the Philanthropic Societies "Friends of the Child" and the "Greek Children's Village in Filiron," as well as the provision of school meals, for the eighth consecutive year, to inmates attending school units within the Special Detention Center for Minors in Avlona.
