EKTER S.A. announces that on November 28, 2023, it signed a contract with the Municipality of Corinth for the construction project "CONSTRUCTION OF THE MUSIC SCHOOL OF CORINTH."

The contractual remuneration was set at the lump sum amount of €7,551,800.05 (plus VAT 24%), while the total deadline for the completion of the contract was set at twenty-four (24) months from the signing of the contract.

Following the signing of the above contract, the outstanding balance of Public and Private projects executed by EKTER S.A. (either directly or through its participation in joint ventures) amounts to €115.35 million.
