Entersoft announces that it has signed an Agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the shares of “Infopower HR Solutions Private Capital Company”, domiciled in Athens.

In 2023 INFOPOWER’s revenue will approach 0.45 million euros, with EBITDA approximately at 0.15 million euros. The company has a net cash position. They have a strong expertise in the implementation of Payroll, Time & Attendance, Human Resource Management and Access Control projects.

It actively supports a number of large and demanding companies, such as Piraeus Bank, Pancreta Bank, Greek Banks Association, PCT (Cosco Piraeus Container Terminals), Greek Post, Public Company of Natural Gas, Society of Information SA, Public Real Estate Company, Enterprise Greece, Pharmaserve-LILLY, Rolco Vianil, Byte Computers, Elinoil, PepsicoTasty, ETPA Packaging, Aldemar Hotels, Aquila Hotels, Alpha Urban Real Estate, Intrum Hellas and more another 100 medium and large companies.
