Two surprise moves are expected to be announced in the coming months by the Head of Intrakat, Alexandros Exarchou, as he mentioned to BnB Daily without revealing further information.

However, he emphasized that they will not pertain to capital raise or acquisition. Mr. Exarchou also discussed about the acquisition of Aktor by Intrakat, a decision that recently received approval from the Competition Commission.

Specifically, he highlighted that with the said acquisition, Intrakat gained "volume and know-how" and is fully prepared to manage the dynamics that the completion of the agreement brings.

He expressed optimism about Intrakat's portfolio, stating to BnB Daily that the company's performance for the current fiscal year will be very good, progressing "within the goals set by the new management." He also clarified that the results of Aktor will be integrated in the next six months.
