Profits for the general index on the stock exchange on Wednesday after two sessions of mild decline.
The General Index strengthened by 0.25% to close at 1,273.48 points, having moved within very narrow fluctuation limits.
The large-cap index fell by 0.09%, while the mid-cap index strengthened by 1.43%.
The banking index remained almost unchanged at 1,051.07 points. NBG' s stock gained 1.64% as 2.08 million shares were traded, with a turnover reaching €12.837 million, the highest on the board.
The daily turnover amounted to €77.9 million, while the trading volume stood at 21.9 million shares.
At the center of attention today is HelleniQ Energy, as on Thursday, December 7th, the placement is expected to take place with the opening of the book bulding for a stake of 10-12% offered by the main shareholders.
The FTSE high-cap index recorded a marginal decline of 0.09% to 3,076.98 points, while the FTSEM mid-cap index showed positive differentiation with +1.4332% at 2,193.04 points.
In total, 70 stocks moved upwards, 28 declined, and 49 remained unchanged.
NBG closed with an increase of 1.64% at €6.20, Eurobank with a decrease of -1.21% at €1.63, Piraeus Bank with an increase of 0.38% at €3.146, and Alpha Bank with a decrease of -0.79% at €1.498.
Intralot +7.50% at €1.030, while Intracom increased by 6.83% to €3.050. HelleniQ Energy closed with a gain of 4.30% at €7.77, DEI (Public Power Corporation) increased by 0.85% to €10.73, GEK Terna rose by 1.85% to €13.20, Aegean increased by 1.22% to €11.60, OTE rose by 0.23% to €13.070.
On the negative side, OPAP decreased by -2.67% to €14.57, Terna Energy fell by -0.70% to €15.65, Mytilineos decreased by -0.11% to €36.34, and Jumbo decreased by 1.3% to €24.22.
