Premia Properties announces the opening of the new Pepco store in Peania. The official opening of the store took place on November 30.

The building in which the store is housed is a property owned by Premia and the lease term of the store in question is 10 years.

Premia Properties REIC reached an agreement with Pepco for the construction and development of a store in January 2023. 

The new 555 sq.m. store is located at 76 Lavriou Anenue in Peania, on the 1st floor, with separate access and entrance. On the ground floor of the property, there is a supermarket store of the AB Vassilopoulos chain with above-ground parking spaces, to better serve the customers of the stores.
