The general assembly of Mermeren Kombinat shareholders has decided to distribute a dividend of €4.06 per share (gross) from the profits of the fiscal year 2022.

The total distributed amount amounts to 1,170,261,574 dinars (€19,028,643.48).

The dividend amount for common shares will be distributed in cash.

The cutoff date has been set for December 21st, while the commencement of the dividend payment has been scheduled for December 26th.
