Following the visit of Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis to the headquarters of the Market Control Interministerial Unit, where he chaired a meeting and was informed about the inspections being conducted and the measures to address unfair practices in the market.

As the minister states:

"I had the pleasure and honor today, Monday, December 11, to welcome Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis to the Ministry of Development to be thoroughly informed about the significant work carried out by the Market Control Interministerial Unit.

We described the actions of our government to address inflation and the crucial role that ΔΙΜΕΑ plays in this effort. Our goal is the de-escalation of inflation and the reduction of prices on supermarket shelves, in conjunction with the smooth functioning of the market.
