Ekter announced that it has signed a contract for the execution of a project with the company "Azoe Resort".

The subject of the contract is the construction of the project "Construction of structural elements (Concrete) for Villa 23," which is part of the Amazoe Hotel Complex located in the area of Agios Panteleimonas in the Municipality of Ermionida, Argolis Prefecture.

The contractual compensation has been set at the lump sum amount of €1,224,600.00 (plus VAT 24%), with a deadline for completing the project by April 26, 2024.

Following the signing of the above contract, the outstanding balance of Public and Private projects executed by Ekter (either directly or through its participation in joint ventures) amounts to €117.50 million.
