The acquisition of a 56% stake in the company "Energeiakos Komvos", which owns the 5-star hotel unit "Summer Senses" with 100 rooms in Pounda, Paros, will be carried out by Ekter.

This was confirmed in response to an inquiry from the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, dated December 14, 2023, following today's press reports. 

According to the relevant Commission letter, it is noted for Ekter "...the acquisition of a 56% stake in the company ' Energeiakos Komvos' which owns the 5-star hotel with 100 rooms, 'Summer Senses,' in Pounta, Paros, will be carried out by Ekter. ' Energeiakos Komvos’ belongs to shareholders of Ekter, and as part of the transaction, the construction company will acquire 44% from Konstantinos Stoupos and 12% from Konstantinos Sipsa-Bouza, totaling 2.4 million euros."

The total shares of "Energeiakos Komvos" are pledged in favor of Piraeus Bank to secure loans, and according to the valuation report conducted, they will continue to serve as collateral for the bank.
