The stock market failed to break the psychological barrier of 1,300 points.
The General Index recorded a marginal increase of 0.23%, settling at 1,295.37 points, gaining only three points compared to Wednesday's closing (1,292.35 points).
The turnover of transactions amounted to 108 million euros.
The banking index failed to follow the positive trend of the rest of the market, finishing at -0.42% and 1,062 points, absorbing annual gains exceeding +65%.
Eurobank declined by 2.1% to €1.60, the NBG dropped by -0.3% to €6.2, Piraeus Bank remained almost unchanged at €3.20, while Alpha Bank's shares strengthened by +1.2% to €1.55.
Lamda Development stock posted gains of 1.8%, while Helleniq Energy and Sarantis followed with +1%. On the contrary, Mytilineos declined by -1.3% to €36.8, Ellaktor closed at -1.9% and €2.3 while ELVALHALCOR dropped by -1.2% to €1.9.
In total, 63 stocks moved upwards, 49 stocks experienced a decline, while 12 stocks remained unchanged.
