The signing of the memorandum of cooperation is scheduled for today, in the presence of the Ministers of Development, Labor, and Shipping, between Attica Group and Elefsis Shipyards.

The memorandum concerns the intention of the two parties to collaborate, both for the maintenance and the installation of new dual-fuel engines on selected ships from the fleet of 45 owned passenger and freight vessels controlled by the Attica Group, following the acquisition of ANEK.

It also includes the construction prospect of newly built ships for the Aegean routes.
