Mixed signs for banking stocks - Focus on Ellaktor & Motor Oil - Activity in mid caps

The stock market is experiencing mild losses due to the decline some stocks faced following Friday's rebalancing. The General Index records losses of 0.18% at 1,288.45 points, with a turnover of 2.45 million euros.

Banking stocks are dropping, with the banking index down by 0.11% to 1,056.94 points.

Eurobank's stock is down by 0.06% to 1.6025 euros, Alpha Bank shows a decrease of 0.98% to 1.5225 euros, Piraeus Bank is experiencing losses of 0.31% at 3.2180 euros, and National Bank of Greece (ΕΤΕ) is down by 0.18%.

A decline of 0.28% is observed in the high-capitalization index.

The largest gains are recorded by EYDAP (1.53%) and Intrakat (1.25%), followed by ADMIE (+0.82%), OTE (0.62%), ABAX (0.57%), and ELPE (0.28%).

Motor Oil is experiencing the most significant decline (-1.84%). Intracom follows with a decrease of 0.97%, Mytilineos at -0.60%, GEK Terna at -0.46%, DEI (Public Power Corporation) at -0.45%, and OLP (Piraeus Port Authority) at -0.42%.
