ADMIE informs investors that on 14.12.2023 Mr. Panagiotis Iliopoulos, Vice-Chairman of BoD, submitted in writing to the Board of Directors his resignation from the aforementioned capacity and position, as well as as a member of Board of Directors.

Following this, the Board of Directors and having accepted the above resignation at a meeting held on 15.12.2023, at the same meeting was reconstituted as follows:

1. Ioannis Karampelas, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Executive Member of the BoD,
2. Vasilios Mikas, Vice – Chairman, Non – Executive Member of the BoD,
3. Konstantinos Angelopoulos, Independent, Non – Executive Member of the BoD,
4. Konstantinos Drivas, Independent, Non – Executive Member of the BoD,
5. Eleni Zenakou, Independent, Non – Executive Member of the BoD
