The dividend per Greek Certificate for Mermeren Kombinat AD Prilep stock amounts to 4.06 euros (gross), according to Piraeus Bank, the issuer of Greek Certificates (EL.PIS) of the listed company.

The net amount to be paid per EL.PIS after tax, (according to Article 59 of Law 2396/1996, as amended) is 3.0450 euros.

Beneficiaries entitled to receive the said amount will be the EL.PIS. holders registered in the Securities System files on Wednesday, December 27, 2023. From Friday, December 22, 2023, EL.PIS will be traded on the Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) without the right to receive the said amount.

Payment will be made on Friday, December 29, 2023, by Piraeus Bank
