Alpha Trust Mutual Fund and Alternative Investment Fund Management S.A. informs the investors that on 03.11.2023, the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company’ Shareholders decided the amendment of certain articles of its Articles of Association, as a result of the decided demerger, including article 1 of the Articles of Association “Establishment – Brand Name".

In particular, it was decided to change the brand name and the distinctive title of the Company to “Alpha Trust Συμμετοχών ΑΕ" and "Alpha Trust Holdings"
