Austriacard has signed a financing agreement totaling €186.6 million, which includes revolving credits, fixed-term loans, and the issuance of letters of credit with a duration of 3 to 5 years, in a consortium led by Unicredit involving 10 European banks.

Part of the funds will be used for refinancing existing loans from various subsidiaries of the Company, while the remainder will be utilized for general corporate purposes, as well as funding the Company's development.

This refinancing extends the duration of the Company's loans, simultaneously streamlining its structure, providing greater flexibility for the Company to pursue its corporate strategy.
