The first installment of the heating allowance for the year 2023-2024 will be paid tomorrow, Thursday, December 21, 2023.

Specifically, the amount of €175,637,095.36 will be disbursed to a total of 763,307 beneficiaries, as indicated in the relevant announcement by the Ministry of National Economy & Finance.

According to the schedule set, the payment of the allowance will be made in three phases:

1. Until December 22, 2023, for the advance and the total of purchases invoiced until November 30, 2023, provided that these correspond to an allowance exceeding the advance amount, and under the condition of registering the required information until December 8, 2023.
2. Until February 29, 2024, for the total of purchases invoiced until January 31, 2024, under the condition of registering the required information until February 15, 2024.
3. Until April 30, 2024, for the total of purchases invoiced until March 31, 2024, under the condition of registering the required information until April 15, 2024.
