The acquisition of Euromedica hospitals has been announced by Hemithea S.A., owned by Henry Dunant.

As announced by Hemithea S.A., a preliminary agreement for the acquisition has been reached with Farallon, the controlling entity of Euromedica, which will now focus solely on the operation of its diagnostic centers.

The acquisition includes 6 General and Maternity Clinics in Athens, Thessaloniki, Rhodes, and Kozani, 1 Rehabilitation Center in Thessaloniki, and stakes in other Rehabilitation Centers and companies in the fields of Supplies, IT, and Real Estate Management.

With the acquisition, the ambition is to create one of the largest healthcare groups in Greece, with over 2,500 employees and 1,380 hospital beds.
