The Anonymous Company under the name Intracom and Intracom Holdings, in response to letter No. 3269/2023 from the Hellenic Capital Market Commission regarding an electronic publication by Banking News (VN) concerning a 'planned new acquisition of a listed company...,' denies the aforementioned publication.

As in the past, the Company continually seeks new investment opportunities to enhance its position and benefit its shareholders.

The Company, in compliance with the obligations stipulated by the applicable legislation, assures that when an event occurs, the disclosure of which is reasonably expected to affect the stock market, it responsibly proceeds with its public disclosure
