Sellers have taken the upper hand on the Athens Stock Exchange, with Coca Cola and Hellaktor being at the center of the liquidations, leading the general index towards 1,400 points.

The General Price Index at 13:15, is at 1.411.44 points, down 0.77%. The value of transactions amounts to 34.12 million euros. The high-cap index falls by 0.74%, while the mid-cap index declines by 1.33%.

Among the high-cap stocks, the biggest rises were recorded by OTE (+1.62%), Terna Energy (+1.28%) and Sarantis (+0.85%). On the contrary, the biggest decline was recorded by the shares of PPA (-3.99%), Hellaktor (-3.80%), Coca Cola HBC (-2.85%) and EYDAP (-1.68%).

Alpha Bank and Eurobank have the highest trading volume with 1,348,693 and 997,094 shares, respectively. The highest trading value is recorded by Piraeus with EUR 3.62 million and PPC with EUR 3.37 million. 37 shares are moving up, 73 down and 10 remain stable.
