The Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission at its meeting yesterday decided to revoke the operating license of the company "Prelium Investment Services SA" and to place it in special liquidation and appoint a special liquidator.

It also decided to impose a fine of 120,000 euros to the company "Prelium Investment Services SA" for not taking measures to protect the funds of its clients and as regards major organizational issues of its operation.

Also the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decided: -The imposition of a fine of EUR 7,000 to the company ""ELLAS FIN S.A.", due to the failure to submit the financial statements (individual and consolidated) for the financial year 1.7.2022 -30.6.2023 within the deadline.
