IWG is opening two new high-tech workspaces in Athens, this time under the HQ brand, as the demand for hybrid work is growing rapidly.
The addition of IWG's two new locations in Omonia and Kypseli, Athens, comes after the company announced record quarterly revenues and rapid growth in its network, adding 867 new locations during 2023.
The new locations will include facilities such as private offices, meeting rooms, shared workspaces and creative spaces. By offering high-quality office space in Omonia and Kypseli, IWG enables residents to experience a "15-minute city" experience , allowing employees to work close to home without having to commute far from their place of residence. With demand exploding as companies of all sizes adopt hybrid working in the long term, it is predicted that 30% of commercial property will be flexible workspaces by 2030.
