Attica Group, continuing the implementation of its strategic development plan, announced that it will invest in the acquisition of the second hotel complex in Naxos and further expand its presence on the island.

Specifically, according to the announcement, Attica Group, through its subsidiary Attica Blue Hospitality, has acquired 100% of the shares of the owner company of Galaxy Hotel, adjacent to Naxos Resort Beach Hotel, located on the beach of Agios Georgios.

The investment amounted to €14 million and was financed with equity. The recently renovated Galaxy Hotel complex, built in 1990, is spread over an area of 6,035 sqm and has 54 rooms, 104 beds, a swimming pool and other facilities.

At the same time, the Group completed the purchase of adjacent plots of land, having created a total area of approximately 20 acres. Now the Group's hotel capacity in Naxos amounts to 142 rooms and 286 beds with the prospect of reaching 200 rooms and 500 beds respectively through further development, always respecting the character of the island and the natural environment. The overall design of the project aims to create one of the largest hotel units in Naxos, creating added value for the Group.
