PwC Greece introduces four-day work, during the training period (July-December) each year, with full pay, for new auditors. Confirming its position as a leading employer and having as a priority the creation of a working environment that is tailored to the needs of its teams, PwC Greece is pioneering the implementation of four-day work for Assurance employees in the process of obtaining the mandatory professional qualification.

The implementation of a 32-hour workweek programme covers the six-month period between July and December each year, with no change in the monthly income or employment benefits of the beneficiaries. It comes with a compensation and benefits package that is already competitive.

Through this initiative, PwC Greece offers young auditors the opportunity to manage their work commitments more flexibly, while at the same time focusing on obtaining a certification that is extremely important for their future professional development.

Maria Filippou, Human Capital Partner, PwC Greece said, "We want to create new standards for the industry more broadly. We aim to actively contribute to the adoption of innovative work models that actively support our people in their efforts to grow and pursue their professional ambitions, while at the same time fulfilling their personal goals. At PwC Greece, we systematically invest in building a healthy, flexible and inclusive work environment based on trust and respect. We encourage our people to continuously develop and we make sure that we provide them with the conditions and tools that allow them to feel productive and achieve what they want."
