By decision of the General Assembly of the Hellenic Development Bank (HDB), which was co-signed by the Minister of National Economy and Finance, Mr. Kostis Hatzidakis, and the Deputy Minister of National Economy and Finance, Mr. Nikos Papathanasis, the following were elected to the new Board of Directors of HBD.:

George Zavvos, President Ismeni Papakyrillou,  Managing Director Dimitris Skalkos, Independent Non-Executive Member Dimitrios Stefanidis, Independent Non-Executive Director Ioannis Pollalis, Independent Non-Executive Member Vasiliki Pantelopoulou, Independent Non-Executive.

Member The term of office of the Board of Directors is four years. The Minister of National Economy and Finance, Mr. Kostis Hatzidakis, said. It now has the experience, expertise and means to fulfil its development role and contribute to the upward trend of the Greek economy".

The Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance, Mr. Nikos Papathanasis, said: "The appointment of the new Board of Directors of the Hellenic Development Bank is a further step aimed at accelerating support for entrepreneurship and expanding the perimeter of lending to small and medium-sized enterprises by the banking system. With determination and methodology, we are implementing our commitments for the change of the country's production model and the sustainable development of the economy".
