The Board of Directors of Ellaktor will propose not to distribute a dividend for the 2023 financial year at the company's Annual General Meeting to be held on Friday, May 31, according to the stock exchange announcement on the listed company's financial calendar.

However, the same announcement said that the board will meet before the date of the AGM to consider a possible capital return proposal to its shareholders.

The main ones among them are Reggeborgh Invest and the Motor Oil Hellas group, which would benefit from such a move.

It is worth mentioning that after the disinvestment moves in the renewable energy sector with the sale of Anemos and in construction with the sale of Aktor, Ellaktor has a strong fund of €650 million.
