Jumbo entered the share capital of Trade Estates of Fourlis Group, as revealed by CEO Mr. Apostolos Vakakis during the conference call with analysts.

The stake received was 1% of the share capital, without giving further details on the amount of the transaction.

Mr. Vakakis stressed that "our decision was a vote of confidence that if conditions in Greece improve, then there is a reason for this type of company to exist. And the prospects may not look good at the moment, but when interest rates start to come down, they will gain momentum.  We want to work with Trade Estates, so we have taken the decision to take a 1% stake in their equity."
