R Energy1 Holdings today announced the successful acquisition of 100% of the Panthesaliki S.A. share capital for a total consideration of €9.35 million.

With the completion of this acquisition, the Group enhances its portfolio with the addition of 12 operational PV plants in the Larissa— Thessalia region, further strengthening its operating RES footprint to 55 MW of high-irradiated and strategically located plants. In parallel, the group is actively engaged in the construction of wind parks with a total installed capacity of 48 MW.

As stated in the announcement, aiming at continued profitable and sustainable growth, R Energy1 Holdings is developing its investment program at an intensive pace: the Group's goal is to exceed 500 MW of total installed capacity in 5 years. In this context, new wind and photovoltaic farm projects are being developed and planned; as well as energy storage projects with a total capacity of more than 400 MW.
