The management team of Westnet, a member of the Olympia Group, is strengthened, as from May 1, Manthos Pangalos takes over as CEO.

Mr. Pangalos has a deep knowledge of the consumer electronics market, having previously held key positions in major technology companies such as Sony Hellas, Hitachi Europe - Hellas SA and LG Electronics Hellas, with over 20 years of experience.

He joined LG Electronics Hellas in 2006 as Senior Manager of the Household Appliances Division and served as Director of the Division from 2016 to 2017, before assuming the position of Director of the Consumer Products Division in 2018. From 2004 to 2006, he was Sales Manager South Greece at Hitachi Europe - Hellas S.A., and from 2000 to 2004, he was Key Account Manager Consumer Products at Sony Hellas.

A catalytic role in Westnet's growth to date was the tenure of Mr. Konstantinos Magouras, as Interim General Manager of Westnet, who assumes the role of Chief Operations Officer (COO), aiming to make a catalytic contribution to the strengthening of the company's international expansion in the Batteries and LED Lighting sectors.

Through his new role, Mr. Pangalos will strengthen Westnet's portfolio and contribute significantly to strengthening its position in both the domestic and international markets, contributing to achieving high results for the company and its extensive network of partners.
