Lamda Development and the Athens Medical Group agreed to create healthcare facilities as part of the Ellinikon project by signing a memorandum.

A press release from Athens Medical Group said that it is pleased to announce that it has signed a Memorandum of Strategic Cooperation with ELLINIKO M.A.E., a Lamda Development subsidiary, for the development of a state-of-the-art and innovative healthcare park within the Hellenikon development. Athens Medical Group is leading the Greek consortium (Athens Medical Group 70%, Vioiatriki 30%) for Ellinikon.

The purpose of the project's state-of-the-art healthcare park, which will adhere to international standards, is to offer a range of cutting-edge and superior health and wellness services to visitors and locals, Greek and foreign.

Situated in a prime and convenient location next to the Ellinikon Mall, the Healthcare Park will feature 6,000 square meters of main-use space. An exclusivity clause was signed by the parties, and it is anticipated that the healthcare park will be operational by 2027 and that the final agreement will be signed in Q3 of 2024.

Upon signing of the final agreement, all the details of the project implementation will be announced, the statement concludes.
