PPA has accepted the resignations of the CEO, Zhang Anming, and the executive chairman of the board, Yu ZengGang. The company decided at today's meeting that Lin Ji will take over as chairman of the board and Su Xudong as CEO.

Piraeus Port Authority S.A. (PPA S.A.) announces that the Board of Directors of the company has decided:

to accept the resignation of the Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. YU ZengGang, and the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Zhang Anming.

- To elect Mr. LIN Ji and Mr. SU Xudong as Directors for the remainder of the term of office of the present Board of Directors, as the new composition of the Board of Directors of the Company meets the requirements of Law 4706/2020 and covers the appropriate and proper exercise of the responsibilities of the Board of Directors of the Company.

The appointment of Mr. Lin Ji as Executive Member and Chairman of the Board of Directors.

The appointment of Mr. SU Xudong as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer.
