Attica Group clarifies that the "conclusion of a strategic cooperation with the group of the businessman Yannis Grilos who controls the airline SKY Express" does not exist, nor is it being negotiated, following a question from the Hellenic Capital Market Commission in relation to an article published in the electronic press.

Furthermore, it announces, after having been informed by its main shareholder STRIX Holdings that there is no agreement between its main shareholder and the aforementioned group in relation to the Company, nor is it being negotiated".

According to the press, the businessman intends to acquire a 25% stake by becoming a strategic investor in the company and paying 230 million euros.
