BidCo's stake in Epsilon Net now stands at 66.91%, according to an announcement by the latter company.

In detail, the statement reads:

The Company, under the name "Epsilon Net Inc. 3556/2007 (Articles 9, 10, 14, and 21), announces that, as notified on 29.4.2024 and 30.4.2024 by the persons named below, the company Ginger Digital BidCo Single Member S.A., acting in coordination with GASC MGP, LLC (the parent company of General Atlantic Ginger B.V.), Ioannis Michos, and National Bank of Greece S.A. in the context of the mandatory public tender offer of 25.04.2024 for the acquisition of all the shares of the Company, has on 26.04.2024 purchased 2,165,270 common registered voting shares of the Company, which correspond to 3.99% of the voting rights of the Company.

Thus, the voting rights held in aggregate by the above persons acting in concert exceeded the 2/3 threshold (but also that of 3% based on the previously disclosed position) and amounted at the end of the meeting of April 26, 2024, to 36,265,270 out of a total of 54,200,000, i.e., 66.91% of the total voting rights of the company.
