Over 70% stake in Ginger Digital BidCo, according to an announcement by Epsilon Net.

Epsilon Net  announces, pursuant to article 24 par. 2(a) of Law 3461/2006, that the company Ginger Digital BidCo Monopress S.A. (the "Proponent") declares that on May 2, 2024, it acquired a total of 284,814 common nominal shares of Epsilon Net S.A. (the "Company"), corresponding to 0.53% of the voting rights of the Company, for a price of EUR 12.00 per share through stock exchange transactions, which will be settled on May 9, 2024.

Taking into account the aforementioned stock exchange transactions and acquisitions, the proposer, together with the persons acting in a coordinated manner (as defined in Article 2(e) of Law 3461/2006), holds until May 2, 2024, a percentage of voting rights equal to 70,07% of the company.
